1. Information We Collect

VinaSage GPTLive Translator is designed with privacy at its core. We do NOT collect, sell, track, or share any personal browsing history, keystrokes, voice recordings, or personal data.

• Device Hardware Identifier: The extension collects non-personally identifiable hardware parameters (such as CPU concurrency and OS type) which are hashed locally using SHA-256 to generate a unique Hardware ID for license verification only.
• User Preferences: Your language selections and custom prompt templates are saved locally in your browser via Chrome Storage API.

2. How We Use Information

The Hardware ID is used solely for checking subscription status and license expiry against our secure backend server. We do not use this data for tracking or advertising purposes.

3. Data Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent any user data to third parties. Voice interactions take place directly between your browser and ChatGPT.com.

4. Security

All communications with the license server are encrypted using two-way XOR Base64 encryption over HTTPS.
